About Us
S & L Accounting Services was formed in 1996 by the current Principals, Sean and Lesley Kelk. The business has operated successfully during this time, advising and working for clients in both the public and private sectors.
Sean has had an extensive career in the business and financial management arena successfully undertaking roles as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Financial Controller and Business Development Manager in small to medium sized companies. He has an extensive career in consulting to a range of businesses - small and large. He has a Bachelor of Business Majoring in Accountancy from Queensland University of Technology.
Lesley has also had an extensive career in the financial management arena, through various accounting roles is small to medium size firms. She has branched into the education and training arena, lecturing in Finance, Information Technology and Administration at a number of TAFE and private education institutions. She has provided consultancy and training services in both the financial and education sectors. Lesley has a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) – QUT; Bachelor of Adult & Vocational Education – Griffith University; Post Graduate Certificate in Educational Technology – USQ; Certificate IV - Training and Assessment; Certificate III – Information Technology (Applications)
